The hotel offers a really great spot, just steps away from Playa del Castillo beach, and it's also just a short stroll to the beautiful Botanical Garden where I loved wandering through the lush greenery.

The hotel clearly needs better maintenance attention!!! The lack of proper signage can turn a simple walk to your room into a confusing maze!!! A more organized parking solution could save guests from unnecessary towing nightmares!!!

Perfect for families with large rooms.

My children wanted more attention for the pool area, as it needs some maintenance. It would be great if the hotel could ensure all children's facilities are safe and well-kept.

I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and well-kept gardens, making it easy to stroll through the grounds. The hotel provided ample seating areas, perfect for relaxation, and its accessibility was excellent for seniors like myself.

More signage for room locations would help seniors navigate.
